Here are some frequently asked questions:

Are you taking new clients?  I try to return all calls or emails within 24 hours and also try to find an appointment time that works for potential clients.

Do you take insurance?  I do take insurance though I may not be on your insurance panel. The best way to find out is for you to let me know who your insurance is with.

What is EAP?  EAP means Employee Assistance Program and many insurance programs provide this service for their employees.  I always encourage my clients to check into EAP services its a free service (possibly) through your insurance plan.  If you have EAP services it will provide you with maybe 3-10 free counseling sessions.

Do you have evening appointments?  Yes I do, please let me know if you desire a latter time in the evening for an appointment.

Is it ok to text you?  Yes, often I am not able to call a client right back but sending a quick text is often easier much easier and allows me to more quickly respond to your question.

Do you work with people on the weekends?  I have met with clients on Saturday and will if we arrange an appointment ahead of time.
