Ok, I admit it, when I rarely go to Baskin Robbins, I look at all those 31 flavors and I think hmmm… I should try this one.. no, maybe this one…. but when I walk out I always have a scoop of Pralines and Cream. Even though I may be tempted to try something else… it’s really like this – I just don’t want to change.

We live in an age where there are more tasks than our brains can comprehend. In the days of the ancestral cavemen life was very basic. We hunted, we ate, we slept and we repeated this on a daily basis. The food we ate, the life we lived served a purpose and we were able to manage lifes events as they took place. A side note, when there was stress the Caveman’s body responded by relieving the stress — finding the food, killing the predator – there was no anxiety in those days, and stress lead to peace -sadly this is definitely not how we function today.
